There are no cancellations or refunds for the purchase of a subscription. Nature is a powerful force, and when purchasing a subscription the buyer must be aware that certain flowers may not bloom. There is no guarantee of which flowers will be included in the buckets, but we do our best to fill them with a variety of beautiful blooms! If you are not able to pick up your bucket during one of you weeks, you may transfer you subscription for that week (or all your weeks) as long as we are notified of who will be picking up the subscription in your place.
When signing up for a workshop, the refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation 2 weeks before workshop: Full Refund
Cancellation 1 week before workshop: 50% Refund
Cancellation less than 1 week before workshop: No Refund. You may transfer your purchase to another workshop if there are openings. You may also transfer your purchase to someone else as long as we are notified about who will be attending in your place.
